This course will teach you how to help students enrolled in Starfish Swim School yellow stage use flotation to help someone who is in trouble in the water and how to call emergency services (safety benchmark), and how to jump in, submerge, recover for air, kick and pull forward 3 metres/10 feet on the front or back, change direction and return to the wall, using swim-roll-swim to breathe (swim benchmark, performed in swimwear and regular clothes).
