This course will teach you how to help students enrolled in the Starfish Swim School green stage to tread water and survival float for 30 seconds (safety benchmark), and start in side glide, swim overam pulls with kick 9 metres/30 feet with a 1-2-3 breathe pattern (swim benchmark).
